Welcome to Felicia Martin Mobile Notary LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing our website or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

1. Services Provided
Felicia Martin Mobile Notary LLC provides mobile notary services, loan signing services, and related notarization services in compliance with Texas law and regulations set forth by the Texas Secretary of State.
We do not provide legal advice, draft legal documents, or explain the legal effect of any document.

2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to use our services.

3. No Legal Advice
Notary services are not a substitute for legal advice. We do not:

Interpret documents

Advise on document contents

Recommend whether you should sign a document

4. Identification Requirements
All signers must present valid, government-issued photo identification as required by Texas law. Identification must be current or otherwise acceptable under Texas notary statutes.
Failure to provide proper identification may result in refusal of service.

5. Appointments & Fees

All fees will be disclosed prior to confirming an appointment.

Fees may include notary fees, travel fees, printing fees, wait time, and after-hours service fees.

Payment is due at the time services are rendered unless otherwise agreed in writing.

6. Cancellations & No-Shows
Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 2 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time.
If an appointment is canceled with less than 2 hours’ notice, or if the client is unavailable at the scheduled time, a travel fee may still be assessed to cover time and travel expenses.

7. Right to Refuse Service
We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service if:

Legal requirements are not met

Proper identification is not provided

The signer appears unwilling, coerced, or unable to understand the transaction

The notarization would violate Texas law or notary regulations

8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Texas law, Felicia Martin Mobile Notary LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website.
Any liability shall be limited to the amount paid for the notary service giving rise to the claim.
